Users must successfully complete at least 1 Buy (Recharge) order on the platform before activating selling. Selling features remain locked until your first purchase.
The minimum sell amount is strictly ₹200. Orders below ₹200 cannot be submitted.
Before selling, bind your verified UPI ID in the Collection section. Sell requests will be matched directly to your bound payment accounts.
You can only sell ARB that is in your available (non-frozen) balance. Frozen or pending balances cannot be used for sell orders.
Sell orders are processed by our admin team within 24 hours on business days. Processing may take longer on weekends or holidays.
Ensure your UPI ID and bank details are correct. Cr wallet is not responsible for funds sent to wrong accounts due to user error.
Sell orders above ₹5,000 may require KYC (identity verification). Unverified accounts with large sell orders may be held for review.
Do not submit multiple sell requests for the same amount in quick succession. Duplicate orders will be flagged and may result in account review.
Once a sell order is submitted and accepted, it cannot be cancelled. Ensure you want to proceed before Processing.
Suspicious sell activity, including rapid buy-sell cycles or coordinated fraud patterns, will result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
