2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
- Each user is allowed only one primary account registered with their valid mobile phone number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account password.
- Any unauthorized activity or suspicious account access must be reported to our support team immediately.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers without express written permission.
- Attempting to circumvent platform security, authentication tokens, or payment gateways.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or impersonation of others.
- Creating multiple unauthorized accounts to exploit rewards or manipulate platform mechanisms.
Violation Notice: Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity are subject to immediate suspension, revocation of privileges, and lawful reporting.
4. Transactions & Orders
All deposits, orders, and settlements processed on the platform are verified against authentic transaction IDs and official payment network receipts. Users agree to provide correct details and adhere to system processing windows.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network delays or third-party service provider outages.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Significant updates will be notified via our platform. Continued use of Cr after changes constitute your acceptance of revised terms.
